The Science of Compliance

For manufacturers of nutritional products, supplements, and more. On The Label - In The Bottle: Soon the FDA's quality assurance program will go into effect. This requires that there must be proof that what's on the label is also in the bottle. Manufacturers and retailers of all kinds of supplements must have certified product analysis - within acceptable limits - at hand for documentation. To get all requirements done: $ 30,000 or $ 5,000? YOUR CHOICE! There are companies that charge as much as $ 30,000 for certification of a single product; they give you a certificate of analysis, and the manufacturer can claim "Quality Certified by - - - ". At the International Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (IAAM) we know that we can do better: 1. We can do the same thing for you for a one-time charge of $ 5,000 , plus the costs of analysis (from $ 200 to 800 per product, depending on type, number of ingredients, and degree of difficulty of analysis). 2. Follow-up batches of the same (exactly the same formula) product only require an administrative fee of $ 600 plus actual cost of analysis ( - - which you will know by then because 1. will have previously been done already). 3. IAAM will give you permission to state "Analysis certified by International Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine - IAAM" on products. 4. IAAM uses only the best - USC associated, FDA recognized - natural products laboratories . Analysis is guaranteed. You will receive a copy of the actual analysis report, and a certificate of acceptable analysis.

IAAM Product Endorsements

IAAM endorsements are possible for products that fulfill analysis requirements AND are based on good science and documentation. Fee: One-time $ 3,000 per product; remains as long as re-testing of follow-up batches confirms with analysis requirements, formula remains the same, and no contra-indicative scientific data become available.

Getting You Started To get this process started, IAAM requires:

• Deposit of $ 1,600 per product.
• 3 bottles, or packages, of each product, same batch, we chose one for analysis.
• We'll get the analysis done; pay for it.
• If analysis is satisfactory , we'll notify you. Then you pay the balance ( - as per 1. above, letter of agreement - ), and IAAM will send you the certificate of   analysis.
• If analysis is NOT satisfactory, and you do not wish to continue the process, IAAM will retain the cost of analysis plus a $ 600 administrative fee.
• Other " What if?" - your concerns, IAAM requirements - will be defined in a letter of agreement.
